國際運動攀登總會(International Federation of Sport Climbing, IFSC),
也就是改名前的ICC或UIAA Climbing, 徵求一名資訊通訊方面的專家在2009世運會攀登賽時負責所有電腦與通訊事宜。此人必須熟悉比賽成績軟體（應該是用excel），與電子計分板/視訊螢幕之連結。此人也需指導主辦單位（亦即高雄世運會組織委員會KOC）如何連結國際單項總會的成績系統與主辦單位的成績服務系統；單項總會成績系統與電視製作單位之連結。此人在攀登比賽期間必需在高雄。

據我所知，此工作應該屬志工性質吧！（幕後英雄）

技術指導(Technical Delegate, TD): 亞洲委員會秘書長Anthony Seah

Information Communication Technology expert (ICT)
... a dedicated person to deal with all computer and communication links. The person should be an ICT expert, familiar with the software used for the results of the competitions, including the connection to the electronic scoreboard and/or video screens. Likewise the ICT should also advise the organizers on the links between the IF's results system and the result services of the organizers. It was also found that such technology could also be used for connection between IF systems and television production units. The IWGA will, in coordination with the KOC, develop further specifications on the role and task of the ICT as soon as possible.
