這是世界盃正式比賽，需辦理國際選手證，自行參賽選手證費用需自付。
UIAA 選手證費用會在年底收取。

IMPORTANT: Those competitors for whom their belonging Federation has not applied for a 2006International Licence will not be allowed to compete!

All federations should meet the deadline for registration, any late registrationshall be charged with extra fees.
